What is our Run A Mile Training Program?
Our Run A Mile program is a 4-week program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by training for a 1 mile run. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong.

The Run A Mile program will begin on Tuesday, September 10th.
We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am.
The cost of this program is $25.00; you will earn a $25.00 gift card to Fleet Feet Huntersville for attending all 8 sessions.
Cost includes: a 4-week training schedule, coach-led workouts 2x weekly, a weekly email with training tips, nutrition and other educational information, and a fun celebration at the end of the program!

This 4 week program leads into our beginner friendly 5k program!
Must be 15 years or older to participate with a parent, 18 yrs or older to participate on your own.
