Run A Mile is a 4-week running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-competitive, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.
We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am beginning Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
We will have an information session at Fleet Feet Sports on Wednesday, January 24 at 7:00 pm.
This program cost is $25.00 but if you attend all 8 sessions you will receive a $25.00 gift card to Fleet Feet Sports.
Cost includes: a 4-week training schedule, 2 weekly coach-led workout sessions, a weekly email with training tips, nutrition and other educational information and a fun celebration at the end of the program!
This 4 week program leads into our beginner friendly, 5K program!
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
