Run A Mile is a 4-week walking/running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.
We meet Tuesday nights at 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am beginning Tuesday, Janurary 31st.
We will have our Run A Mile Celebration on Saturday, February 25th, with family, friends and healthy snacks after completing one mile!
This Program is $25.00 to sign up with the chance to earn a $25.00 gift card for attending all 8 sessions.
