Fall 10K Training Program

                           What is our 10K Training Program?

 Our 12-week program begins on Tuesday, October 2nd and is perfect for those looking to run or run/walk their first 10K race, looking to better their finish time from a previously completed 10K, or just need some motivation and inspiration to get out there and move! We offer you guidance from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, and educational information on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment! 


We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am. Our goal race is the Run Run Rudolph 10K in Charlotte on Saturday, December 22, 2018. The cost of the program is $120 and includes a technical shirt, coach-led workouts two days per week, a detailed training plan, and a great opportunity to meet people with your same goals!  Clinic topics may include Running Form, Injury Prevention, Cross Training, Nutrition, Race Preparation, and more!
