The Fleet Feet Sports Winter 2017 No Boundaries 2.0 Training Group is a 12-week program beginning Tuesday, January 31st, 2017, designed to train intermediate and advanced runners to set new PR's or complete new distances.
We meet Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am. Our goal race is the Tarheel 4 miler in Chapel Hill, NC on April, 22nd 2017.
Although our goal race is the Tar Heel 4 miler, participants are encouraged to sign up for any race they would like to run, including distances up to a 10K. If you have your eye on a race within a few weeks of our goal race we will easily be able to adjust your personal long run schedule to ensure you are ready for your race. Other local races to consider are Charlotte RaceFest 5K/10K April 8th, 2017 and Spartan 5K May 6th, 2017.
We have several pace group options from under 9 minute pace to 15 minute pace.
The program cost is $120 and includes a technical shirt, coaching two days a week with a detailed training plan, great opportunity to meet running and run/walking partners, and introduction to running routes on area trails and neighborhoods. Seminar topics include Running and Walking form, Injury Prevention, Cross Training, Exercise Apparel and Gear, Nutrition, Race Preparation, and more!
