1/2 Marathon Training Program

The Fleet Feet Sports Fall 2017 Half Marathon training program is a 12-week program beginning Tuesday, September 19th designed to train intermediate and advanced runners to set new PR's or complete new distances. 

We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am. Our goal race is the Huntersville 1/2 Marathon on December 9, 2017.

Although our goal race is the Huntersville 1/2 Marathon, if  you plan to run the Kiawah 1/2 Marathon on December 9th this is this the perfect training program for you! 

We have several pace group options from under 9 minute pace to 15 minute pace.

The program cost is $120 (does not include the race entry fee) and includes a technical shirt, coach- led sessions two time weekly, a 12 week detailed training plan, great opportunities to meet running friends, and introduction to running routes on area greenways and neighborhoods. Seminar topics include running form, injury prevention, cross training, exercise apparel and gear, nutrition, race preparation, and more!

Must be 18 years or older and be able to comfortably run or run/walk 6 miles at a 15 min/mile pace.
