We have certified coaches to help encourage and motivate you along with the resources you need to cross the finish line. Run - A - Mile More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, August 23, 2017 at 6:30pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm and Saturday morning 7:30 am
Program Fee: $25.00 but if you attend all 8 sessions you will receive a $25.00 gift card to Fleet Feet Sports
Description: Run A Mile is a 4-week running/walking program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.

Program Start: Tuesday, October 3rd, 6:30 pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings 7:30 am
Goal Race: Holiday 5K in Huntersville, NC
Program Fee: $110 (does not include race entry)
Description: Our 5K training program is a 10-week program beginning Tuesday, October 3rd designed for the beginner or intermediate runner or run/walker to help you cross the finish line of the Holiday 5K on December 9th, 2017.

1/2 Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: September 19th, 2017
Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings 7:30 am
Goal Race: Huntersville 1/2 Marathon
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: The Fleet Feet Sports Fall 2017 1/2 Marathon training program. is a 12-week program beginning Tuesday, September 19th designed to train intermediate and advanced runners to new PR's or new distances.
