We have certified coaches to help encourage and motivate you along with the resources you need to cross the finish line. Program Start: Wednesday, May 31st; 6:30 pm
Program Fee: $55.00 and does not include race entry
Description: The mini milers is a running group designed for kids to promote the sport of running through fun, dynamic activities and running related games. We aim to increase your child's endurance while helping them get excited about running and fitness! Who: This program is programmed for children aged 6 to 12. Children ages 4-5 are also welcome but parents must be available to participate with their child (no additional registration required!) The fee is $55 per child and does not include race entry. When: 8 week program begins Wed, May 31st and meets weekly at 6:30 pm at Bailey Middle School track or Fleet Feet Sports. *Note, there is no class the week of July 4th Parent/Child Information Session: Wednesday, May 24th, at 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports

SpeedPlay More Info »

Program Fee: $60.00
Description: Speed work training is an important part of any training routine. Our SpeedPLAY program is an eight week program designed to make you a faster, more efficient runner and is perfect for anyone who is currently running or run/walking a minimum of 45 minutes, 4 times weekly. By utilizing track work and hill work, our program will make you fitter, increase the range of movement in your joints, make you more comfortable at all speeds, and it will ultimately help you to run faster for longer. These sessions will help you stay race ready and have been carefully designed to benefit those who specialize in any distance! Our eight week session will start on Wednesday, May 31st, 6:30 pm. We will meet weekly at Bailey Middle School track. *Note, there is no class the week of July 4th. We will have an information session on Wednesday, May 17th, 7:00 pm, at Fleet Feet Sports.
