Fleet Feet Huntersville is happy to offer a variety of Training Programs throughout the year to help you meet your goals, whether it be to run a mile, or run a half marathon! We have certified coaches to help encourage and motivate you along with the resources you need to cross the finish line. Winter SpeedPlay More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, January 2, 2018
Program Fee: $45.00
Description: Speed work training is an important part of any training routine. Our SpeedPLAY program is a six week program designed to make you a faster, more efficient runner and is perfect for anyone who is currently running or run/walking a minimum of 45 minutes, 4 times weekly. By utilizing track work and hill work, our program will make you fitter, increase the range of movement in your joints, make you more comfortable at all speeds, and it will ultimately help you to run faster for longer. These sessions will help you stay race ready and have been carefully designed to benefit those who specialize in any distance! Our six week session will start on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 6:30 pm. Winter Run A Mile More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 6:30pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm and Saturday morning 7:30 am
Program Fee: $25.00 but if you attend all 8 sessions you will receive a $25.00 gift card to Fleet Feet Sports Huntersville
Description: Run A Mile is a 4-week running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be able to run or run/walk 1-mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.

Winter 5K Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, February 27, 2018
Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings 7:30 am
Goal Race: Spartan 5K in Davidson, NC
Program Fee: $110 (does not include race entry)
Description: Our 5K training program is a 10-week program beginning Tuesday, February 27, 2018 designed for the beginner or intermediate runner or run/walker to help you cross the finish line of the Spartan 5K on May 5, 2018

Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings at 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 7:30
Goal Race: Fight the Good Fight 7K
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: The Fleet Feet Sports Winter 2018 Mid Distance Training is a 12-week program beginning Tuesday, February 27, 2018 designed to train runners to new PR's or new distances.
