Half-Marathon Run/Walk and Run Program

This 12-week program is for those looking to tackle the challenge of their first half marathon, or anyone looking to improve their finish time from a previously completed half marathon race. We offer you guidance from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs/run walks, and educational information on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment!

When: Twelve week program begins on Tuesday, Sept 22nd, 2015. Meets weekly on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am at various locations or Fleet Feet Sports

Info Session: Tuesday, Sept 15th, 2015 at 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports

Goal Race: Huntersville Half Marathon on Saturday, Dec 12th, 2015

Cost: $120 (does not include race entry fee)

**this program requires that you have recently completed our 10K program, or can run/walk or run six miles at a 15 min/mile pace**
