THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE RECENTLY COMPLETED FLEET FEET SPORTS' 10K PROGRAM, OR AT A MINIMUM CAN RUN OR RUN/WALK SIX MILES AT 15 MINUTE PACE.
As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:
- A complete 12-week training program and calendar with detailed workouts provided
- Two coached training session per week (Tuesday at 6:30pm & Saturday at 7:00am)
- Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
- Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
- Weekly Group Runs available from Fleet Feet Sports
- Coupon Book to use in our store during training.
- One Piece of Technical Apparel
- Fee for the program is $100 and does not include the race registration fee
