Next Steps 10K Run/Walk and Run Program 

This 12-week program is perfect for those looking to complete their first 10K program, looking to better their finish time from a previously completed 10K, or just need some motivation and in- spiration to get out there and move! We offer you guidance from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs/run walks, and educational information on topics such as proper nu- trition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment.

**this program requires that you have recently completed or No Boundaries 5K program, or can run/walk or run three miles at a 15 min/mile pace**
